We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion (especially if something looks suspicious or is placed by resellers).

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s checkout system.

We do our best to showcase our products, colors, and descriptions accurately.
Since all our items are made in small batches, availability and pricing are subject to change.

4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States.
Estimated shipping times are provided during checkout, but delays may occur — especially during peak seasons or due to carrier issues beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds on full-price items within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your item doesn’t fit, we’re happy to offer a size exchange when your preferred size is in stock — return shipping applies.
BOGO and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If something arrived damaged or we made a mistake, email mary@thesundaerest.com within 7 days and we’ll help you out.
